Data controller
The controller responsible for processing your personal data is Ruzanna Makaryan Gabulyan, with tax address at Calle Covadonga, 27, 2.º B, 33690 Lugo de Llanera, Asturias, Spain. Email: ruzannamakaryan53@gmail.com. Phone: +34 642 580 202.
Data we process
We process the data you voluntarily provide through the contact form, by email or when placing an order: name, email address, phone number, shipping and billing address, and the content of your message. This website uses no analytics or advertising systems and does not create user profiles.
Purpose and legal basis
We use your data to answer your enquiries, manage orders, maintain the contractual relationship and comply with tax and accounting obligations. The legal basis is your consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR) when you send us your message, the performance of the contract (art. 6.1.b) when you place an order, and compliance with legal obligations (art. 6.1.c).
Retention
We keep your data for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected and, where a contractual relationship exists, for the legal retention periods (as a general rule, up to 6 years for accounting and tax obligations). It is then securely deleted.
Recipients
We do not share your data with third parties, except where legally required. Providers that support us (web hosting and email services) may access it as data processors, with the corresponding data processing agreements in place.
International transfers
As a general rule, your data is processed within the European Economic Area (EEA). If we use providers that involve international transfers, the safeguards provided for in the GDPR will be applied, such as standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions.
Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to ruzannamakaryan53@gmail.com. You can also withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing, and object to receiving commercial communications.
Complaint to the supervisory authority
If you believe that the processing of your data does not comply with the regulations, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es). You can also complain in the country where you live, work or where the alleged infringement took place.
Minors
This website is not aimed at children under 14. If you are under that age, please do not provide us with personal data without the consent of your parents or guardians.
Security and confidentiality
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration. Please note that the contact form opens your email app: the message is sent from your own email address.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to adapt it to legal or technical developments. The date of the last update appears at the top of the page.
