Preparing your order
Every order is prepared carefully, by hand and with sustainable packaging materials. We try to minimise the use of plastics and to give materials a second life whenever possible.
Times and areas
We ship within mainland Spain. The usual delivery time is 2 to 5 working days from order confirmation, although it may vary depending on product availability and the delivery area. The law sets a maximum period of 30 calendar days from the conclusion of the contract.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated according to the weight and destination of the order and are clearly communicated before the purchase is confirmed. There are no hidden costs.
Payment methods
The order and payment are arranged directly with the shop when the purchase is confirmed. No card details are requested or stored through this website.
In-store pickup
You can also collect your order directly from our shop in Oviedo, at C/ Tenderina Baja, 70. We will let you know when it is ready.
